Sunflower Cleaning Group is a locally owned and operated cleaning service with over 30 years experience. Our high quality cleaning services are the best in the Columbia SC area. We treat our customers the way they should be treated: with respect and honesty. Our cleaning services include house cleaning (or maid service), commercial cleaning, apartment turnover cleaning, move-out cleaning, janitorial cleaning, and we perform special cleaning services upon request.

Sunflower Cleaning Group was established in 2004 by two families with extensive cleaning services experience.

 

Laurie Titus was the owner of a successful housekeeping business and Rick O’Neal, the owner of a successful carpet cleaning franchise. The two different cleaning services were a natural match and with the contribution of their spouses, the two business owners joined forces and Sunflower Cleaning Group was born.

 

In 2013 the O'Neals transferred to Iowa. Today the company is wholly owned and operated by Laurie and Bronson Titus.

FAQs

Are you insured and bonded?

 

We have all required licenses to operate in the area. We carry a multimillion dollar general liability policy and are bonded. 

Do I need to be at home when you come to clean?

 

It's your choice. Some customers are home but most prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm codes. We are happy to gain entry to your home according to your comfort level. It's your choice. 

How do I pay for my residential cleaning service?

 

We prefer that our cleaners focus on the cleaning services and not worry about collecting and keeping track of money. Some companies won't clean if the money isn't left on the kitchen counter. Our goal is to make your life easier. We bill monthly, for whatever services you have received that month. Whether we are cleaning weekly, every-other-week, or monthly, you will get one bill each month. For your convenience, we use automatic bill pay. We also accept personal checks, debit and credit cards.

Will I always have the same cleaning service team?

 

We make every effort to have the same cleaning service team in your home. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to illness. 

Can I add something extra to my cleaning?

 

We offer a number of cleaning services add-on's and will consider any request. Simply request it before the cleaning day to make sure we schedule time and agree on a price. 

Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?

 

We provide all of the professional cleaning supplies and equipment needed. If you have a product you prefer and want to provide please let us know so we can instruct the cleaners of your preference. We are also happy to use any Green products you provide.
