  • How does payment work and what forms of payment do you accept?
    We will email you a bill after your service and you can pay online with a credit card, ACH, debit card or a check. If your service is weekly or EOW, we’ll clean and then bill you only once a month.
  • Do you bring your own supplies?
    Yes, we bring all cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have equipment or products that you prefer we use, we ask that you leave them on the kitchen counter for us to use.
  • What should I do before the cleaners arrive?
    For the most effective cleaning experience, please pick up toys, clothes and trash before we arrive. Please lay out fresh sheets on the beds that need changing and lastly, make sure your pets are somewhere comfortable so we don’t disrupt their peace.
  • Do the same people come each time?
    We try to send the same crew each time, although we cannot guarantee it. Sometimes we have to juggle a bit, but we always do our best to keep your crew consistent.
  • How far do you travel?
    As our office is in Columbia, SC 29209, we service the Midlands area which includes Richland and Lexington Counties, up to 25 miles from our office.
  • Are you pet friendly?
    Yes! We love your furry friends. We make sure that all of our cleaners are comfortable around household animals. We will happily follow any instructions you give us regarding interactions with our furry loved ones.
  • Do I need to be home while the cleaning is done?
    Whatever is most comfortable for you! If you would like to be home, that is fine with us. If you have errands to run or are away, that works for us as well.
  • Do you screen your workers?
    Yes. We are very selective with our team members. We always believe it’s best to hire for character and train for skill. We require references and background checks. All of our team members are insured, licensed and bonded.
  • Do you offer any extra services?

  • What happens if I am not happy?
    Service issues are rare, however, should we ever fail to meet your expectations, please contact our office within 24 hours and we will return to attend to any areas of concern.
  • What happens if something gets broken or damaged during cleaning?
    Although it’s very rare, accidents can happen. Cleaners will report the incident to you and to our office and make every effort to repair or replace your item. If there are items that you do not want touched, please let us know.
  • Is there a cancellation policy?
    We understand that life happens and would appreciate at least 48 hours notice. However, if our staff arrives as scheduled and are unable to clean due to your circumstances, there will be a $50 trip fee charged.
